EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Customers located within the European Union may have the right to withdraw from eligible purchases within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify Autobahn Autoworx within the withdrawal period by submitting a Withdrawal Request using the form below.

Upon approval, return instructions will be provided.

Returned products must:

• Be unused and uninstalled
• Be in original condition
• Include all original packaging and components
• Not show signs of damage, modification, or use

Refunds will be processed after returned products have been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable where permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exceptions to Withdrawal Rights

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including but not limited to:

• Custom-manufactured products
• Made-to-order products
• Personalized products
• Special-order items obtained specifically for a customer
• Products manufactured to customer specifications
• Products modified at customer request

Many Autobahn Autoworx products are manufactured in limited production runs or produced specifically for customer orders. Such products may be exempt from withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law.
