Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders placed before 12pm during store hours 9am - 5pm EST will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Autobahn Autoworx is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@autobahnautoworx.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
